Theofanis works as a freelancer mining engineer from June 2021, dealing with several aspects of mining engineering such as technical/environmental/geotechnical studies, quarries supervision & consultancy. He worked as supervisor engineer and safety technician in marble industry, where he was responsible for several operating units in Northern Greece. Prior to marble industry, he held roles for Hellas Gold, including Group Manager mine planning, production engineer and safety technician for Mavres Petres mine in Chalkidiki, Greece and Group Manager mine planning at LKAB in Kiruna, Sweden.
